Full Time Customer Service Representative
Summary:
We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual with a positive attitude to become part of our Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, e-mail correspondence and assisting in our Sales Department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support through all stages of production and enter in orders.
• Manage the quality and output of print jobs.
• Create, update and manage dockets.
• Co-ordinate pre-press, print & bindery projects.
• Act as a liaison between sales, customers, production & outside vendors.
• Promote additional services and solutions to existing clients.
• Provide consultation services and recommendations for best approach to job completion to customers, both internal and external.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of jobs.
• Communicate all activities/ issues with Sales Representative on a daily basis.
• Administrative tasks.
• Inform customers of products/services.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Positive, friendly demeanour.
• Familiarity with computer quoting system an asset, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in the printing industry experience including pre-press, digital printing, offset printing; finishing and signage an asset.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Energy and drive.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer sales phone calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications.
